Terry Jones introduces a flock of rare penguins that migrate to the tropics.
Once again, the BBC has introduced us to little-known natural wonders. Years ago, it was the previously undocumented Swiss spaghetti harvest. More recently, the BBC filmed Terry Jones walking amidst rare flying penguins in the Antarctic, as they take wing on their annual migration northward, so that they may spend winters in the South American tropics. According to the narrator, there they will “bask in the tropical sun”.
The documentary doesn’t mention whether any flying penguins have ever visited the Swiss spaghetti harvest.
